Today, Gail and I attended the afternoon session of LDS General Conference with some of Gail's family, including Scott and Whitney Christopherson (Whitney is Gail's niece), Kensley Cheshire (Gail's niece) and Jim Gray (Gail's brother).
It was a great session and I can't think of much better family activities.
These days, I seem to stay in touch with my nieces and nephews through their blogs more than through "traditional" interaction. There are some up sides to this. People seem less inhibited about telling the whole world on a blog how they think and feel than they are about telling their aunts and uncles.
And, yes, this is a shameless attempt to better connect with the "younger generation."
Please forgive the poor photo quality--I'm actually pleased with these images from my Blackberry.
Nice entry, we had a great time! And historic as well when you think about it. i will keep checking in to stay tech connected :)!

I didn't even know you were taking pictures! That is a nice Blackberry. We had a blast and can't wait for our hot tub date next week.

wow looks like you all had fun. I'm jealous that I wasn't there for this outing to conference nor will I be there for the hot tub date. I guess I'll have to live the experience through your blog. Make sure to take lots of pics.
